Earlier this year, Facebook teamed up with a handful of organizations, including World Pulse and Upworthy, to partner on #SheMeansBusiness, a campaign aimed at spotlighting women entrepreneurs from around the world. As a result of participating in the campaign, World Pulse's audience on Facebook grew from 18,000 to 61,000 followers! And two World Pulse members' stories were channeled to Upworthy: congratulations Olutosin and Sister Zeph!
Read Olutosin's story on Upworthy here: "One person's trash is this woman's quilt. See this successful business made out of scraps."
Read Sister Zeph's story on Upworthy here: "Despite death threats, she's still teaching. And a global online community has her back."
