My name is Mrs Jane. I came  from the eastern part of Nigeria, i read about Worldpulse on google ,i got so inspired by what  the women are doing to change the world for good.

As a young growing women, i have always ask myself 'How can i make an impact in my community" i came from the part of a country where poverty rings a bell and so many girls, and married women had take to prostitution to make the ends meet. After reading so many story in worldpulse i now realise that i can make an impact in changing the situations by emberking on a enlightenment programme  Title

ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT AS A MEANS OF ERADICATING POVERTY AND REDUCING PROSTITUTION AND INFIDELITY.

I intend teaching them

1 soap making

2  Candle making

3 How to do pleach

4 Isale.

This things are what i want to do.As a community i need a guiadian on how to go about it.

Welcome to the group, Mrs. Jane! We are pleased to have you here and eager to learn more about you! Thank you for sharing a bit about your work and your passions with us. This is a place to share ideas, ask questions, network, and access resources; we hope you'll take full advantage of the opportunities that await. As a first step, I invite you to join in on an "Ask the Expert" discussion from a blog post that Suzanne Mooney submitted to the Group here. Please join the discussion by sharing your thoughts, asking her questions, and inviting others to participate in the conversation!

Again, welcome to the group; we're looking forward to connecting with you more!

Warmly,

Jane, welcome to the Economic Empowerment community! Its always inspiring to hear women like you trying to do something to help women in your community or country. You have come to the right place. Please feel free to join in the community by reading the posts, making comments and joining the conversations. We'd love to hear from you ! As to the plans you are making, its good that you are starting something small and concrete like a training activity. You can use the internet to look for resources as to the how-tos of soap production and other information you need.
