I have not the first idea how to go about bringing this idea into the world. so if there is anyone out there who would be interested in talking about this or thier own perhaps similar ideas I would be thrilled.

Having arrived at the big 50 last year it is time to stride out and leave somthing good in my wake!

My Passions: cooking for other people, swimming, walking, my children

My Challenges: meeting other like minded people

My Vision for the Future: a world communicating

My Areas of Expertise: cooking, facilitating groups, organising, enabling

Life has moved on since I first joined World Pulse in 2011. My cookery school as was is now on hold as I undertake a MA in Food Anthropology at SOAS, London. I am excited to be researching for my dissertation this year and broadly (at the moment) the subject that I hope to look at in depth is food in its widest context from growing to preparing and eating as a medium for real communication particularly in reconciliation and peace processes.

I look forward to hearing from anyone who might share similar interests.

Wow, what an incredible research project Belinda! I am fascinated about the idea of using food as tool for peace and reconciliation. It is such a creative, sensual part of our everyday lives... I would love to hear how your work progresses, and I hope you'll share with the World Pulse community.
