Eradicating Sexual Harrasment At The Point Of Getting A Job

Access to get very good job in my country has always been an issue. 58 years after Independence we still struggle with certain issues that should have been trashed to the barest minimum, hence I would not been wrong to say that Nigeria is a country of progress and lots challenges.

Mismanagement and corruption is so prevalent in my country and most African countries. This faceless menace keeps fighting hard against the good values of a few of our honest leaders.

A lot of people have been consumed by the harsh economic conditions of my country and am one of them. I am a realist and as a realist I worry so much about what the future holds without haven money in my bank account for precautionary motives scares me and hence have always wanted to be empowered and this is also the case in the lives of many women.

I am a Bsc graduate of Industrial relations and personnel Mgt. 12 years after graduation honestly I cant boast of any thing good professional because have always been under paid and places have worked in have never been been ideal to me. There is nothing wrong in dreaming big and as such I struggled to get engaged in well established organizations such as banks, oil companies etc.But my dream never came true most partly because of sexual harassment that I shone.

I missed out on my commencing a master admission I was able to secure at the University of Sunderland England. We need money to achieve life goals and a good job putts you at a good level of not being a dependant. With that woman can strive to achieve the best. Many women also fall into this category, weather you are desiring a western education or within your county.

Some time in 2012 I listed a company name called Daily Jobs on google and added other relevant information's that were required and since then have been receiving calls from applicants who need jobs. Last year April 2017 I received a call from a micro finance bank who needed my services but because I wasn't certified then I couldn't continue with them.

That alone opened my eyes to the enormous opportunities out there and that I could actually bring about a change through this medium by helping to speed up employment process, recruiting, training and connecting applicants to the right employers.I finally became certified last year December and presently submitting my company proposal, recruiting and training candidates. I would love the world to be a place of hope and equal opportunities weather man, woman, single or married.

With access to owners of big conglomerates, small time companies and a lot of others.I believe I can use my company Daily Jobs Global Outsourcing Ltd to transform women and people all over the world, eradicating sexual harassment at places of work.
