Women and Development (WODE)

A women's self help group in Kimilili -Kenya has brought remarkable change among the women members.
Some of the members have acquired tailoring skills and have hired machines to use while saving money to buy their own machines. Heartfelt appreciation and gratitude go to Jeanne and PeopleWeaver organization for their financial support to make WODE stand and reach this far.

The next step is to open a Women's Vocational Training Center known as WODE VCT where women will acquire many skills.
