caregivers receive support from the government for those returning from war with traumatic brain injury

I just got off the phone with my Mother. She heard tonight that a new law was passed to offer support for those caring for those unable to care for themselves. That possibly there will be humans willing to serve to help another person succeed and be able to become successful in their work. She mentioned that Oregon has had something like that for years. I asked "so what you are telling me is that someone could have been supported to help me". She said "yes". Not that anyone offered to take that job on. I do pray for anyone who has any idea what it's like to live with a mind you can't depend on. I pray for anyone abandoned by family and friends. I pray for those who find no support from the government to help them. With no one else and not your mind to help you out ... what do you do? You breathe, listen, trust, express gratitude and jump on that other side of the edge of suffering... to that bliss called joy and de-activate that brain injury and find glory in silence not to mention support from that Divine connection.... the next thing you know... all things that seemed impossible become possible and off you go living in the flow... God bless
