The Congolese woman is not always represented in the central and local government. She is underrepresented at the provincial level. For ten positions, there are one or two positions for women. In each province or territory, at the time of the vote, if they were voted for, they occupy two out of five positions. Sometimes, they do not vote which is a problem for us as women as we are not represented at the national level.

She is always neglected and considered incompetent. She is ignored in her work and does not hold any high positions even though she does all she can and has the capability. She obtains minimal wage that cannot even sustain her needs. She spends more than she earns. To be hired, she must sleeps with her boss and the other women working are considered as subordinates to the boss. Let us leave spaces for women so that they can lead.

Hello,

Thanks for sharing this story. Women all over the world is under attack. These attack seems to be just because you are a woman. Women are the mother of the nations, without women all mankind will be lost and yet our men so not seem to understand that viciously attacking mother's is attacking the future of the world.

I am sorry to hear about this situation and I join all the women of The Congo in prayer for their safety.
