We have used this Petition is because we need to bring Human Rights to life, from those people, members of states, governments, organisation who are abusingHuman rights and dignity.Human rights are the basic rights and freedoms that belong to every person in the world, from birth until death. ( UDHR ACT 1948 Arts1 to arts 30) Which D.R.Congo has abuse and violations of the Human Rights.

Congolese People are very upsets and sorrowful to see today Monday/ 16-August 2017, that United Nations Human Right Council has accepted to give D.R.Congo government a seat on theHuman Rights Council Committee, a government who has disrespect and dishonour all the concepts and the values of human rights act. by committing all the bad crimes by killing, raping, torturing his own populations detaining people to the prison without motif or reason. Joseph Kabila with his government deserve a justice and they should take out from all the International organisations especially Human Rights reputations.

I do understand that United Nations Human Rights are aware of all the crimes committed in D.R.Congo by President Joseph Kabila and his Governments. In March 2017 United Nations ahorrified video appearing to show the murder of two Human Rights Investigators Killed In Democratic Republic Of The Congo American Michael Sharp and Swedish-Chilean Zaida Catalán was Killed in D.R.Congo.

This the message of US Ambassador Nikki Haley slammed after the result announced for D.R.Congo the election of the DR Congo, saying it called into question the credibility of the Geneva-based council, which the United States has threatened to quit."The DR Congo, a country infamous for political suppression, violence against women and children, arbitrary arrest and detention, and unlawful killings and disappearances, has been elected to serve on what is supposed to be the world's preeminent human rights body," Haley said in a statement."Countries that aggressively violate human rights at home should not be in a position to guard the human rights of others," she said.

Human Rights Watch called the election of the DR Congo "a slap in the face to the many victims of the Congolese government's grave abuses across the country."The fact that government security forces are believed responsible for most of the violence in the Kasai region over the past year -- where some 5,000 people have reportedly been killed and nearly 90 mass graves have been identified -- shows that Congo doesn't deserve a seat on the UN's premiere human rights body," said HRW's UN director Louis Charbonneau.

- US warns council must reform -Haley said the election showed that the council "must be reformed in order to be saved" and warned that it "cannot endure many more blows to its credibility before it is rendered absolutely meaningless."The US administration has threatened to quit the rights council, citing its anti-Israeli bias after it voted to compile a list of companies that have dealings with Israeli settlements.

In July, Haley had criticised African countries for backing Kinshasa's candidacy on the rights council, calling it "an inexcusable failure" to promote human rights.African countries put forward four countries to fill the four seats reserved for the region at the council -- Angola, Nigeria, Senegal along with the DRCongo -- a move that all but guaranteed their election.

D.R.Congohad a shameful start from 1997,With its historic disregard for human rights and civil liberties, it's renowned abuse of domestic workers, oppression of women and religious minorities, political party oppositions, it's well known support to terrorists and terrorisms, its failure to provide fair and transparent trials etc it is both surprising and very alarming that a country like D.R.Congoeven has a seat on the very influential United Nations body, the Human Rights Council. This was and is a mockery of justice.

The elevation of the Saudi D.R.Congoto one of the UN’s most influential bodies in 2017 prompted fresh international criticism of its human rights record. This should be further investigated. The classified exchanges suggest that the Africa leadersinitiated the secret negotiations by asking D.R.Congofor its support. The United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) is a United Nations System inter-governmental body whose 47 member states are responsible for promoting and protecting human rights around the world.

“All victims of human rights abuses should be able to look to the Human Rights Council as a forum and a springboard for action. The General Assembly can suspend the rights and privileges of any Council member that it decides has persistently committed gross and systematic violations of human rights during its term of membership. The UN should remove D.R.Congofrom the Human Rights Council immediately, and permanently.
