THIS IS OUTRAGEIOUS !!

Today i have many questions that beg answers!!

When i read this in West FM mobile news, my heart bled....This is so important such that all people of good will, lovers of education, lovers of protection of girl children, and those who value dignity of womanhood would have spoken at the forum. I expected the women representative to mobilize women to protest this heinous act of destroying young lives of innocent children.

Did anyone care at all about risk factors to the 18 vulnerable daughters, and the 18 children they were expecting?

I cant understand this. is it culture? is it being marginalized, is it lack of work ethics for the teachers and moral decay in the community? what is it friends ?

A simple question i have...how on earth can 18 young girls under the age of 18, in the same school conceive while in attending school and it does not bother anybody????

Iexpected the director of education for Bungoma north to condemn in the strongest terms possible and take stern action to the perpetrators, but remarks he gave after addressing the gathering at an annual education day held at Mukuyuni girls’ secondary school in Kimilili, Bungoma County were just but additional remarks.........This is waht he had to say;

Mr. Mosbei additionally condemned the incident of 18 pupils who
were impregnated at Chepkurkur primary school in Mt. Elgon
District and called upon the provincial administration together
with the education stakeholders to work hand in hand to curb
such heinous incidences in the society.

18 school drop outs, too young to be called mothers, or even carry the pregnancy...pupils who are still under the care of their parents, may be from very humble background, had their dreams destroyed and lives put at risk. i am on a fact finding mission to establish what the whole story is all about and see if, as a woman and mother, i can be of help to these young girls. Join me in supporting a mission to rebuild the lives of abused young girls in Mount Elgon today. the girls need us all.
