Be free, my sisters!

During the latest World Pulse LIVE tour, I had the immense privilege to spend time with some of the amazing women in our community: Hummingbird, Stella, and Neema. There was something so special and liberating of the simple words Neema would use: "Be free, my sister!" Although most of the times, she meant it in the context of not needing anything specific at that moment, I felt her words meant so much more and their power was so liberating.

The freedom within us, the freedom we let ourselves have and experience ...

Thank you, Neema, for your profound words and for sharing part of your journey with me.

On this wonderful, unusually blue-skies sunny November Portland day, which is special for me as my birthday, I want to thank all my World Pulse sisters for all you do to make this world a better place for all of us, for our world, for your immediate families and communities, daughters and sons, brothers and sisters, spouses and loved ones. You inspire me every day!

Be free, my sisters!

With love,
Ellie

P.s. A special gratitude to my amazing and wonderful World Pulse team members - you rock!
