OUR ENVIRONMENT An overview of our environment Has spurred lots of comments For the pending predicaments Shall devastate man’s achievements Our environment embodies splendour All for man to adore The God given gifts of life To harness and protect every life Our environment is for man to nurture A commitment for every culture But if we insist on environmental torture Then earthly bliss will no longer be sure Environmental issues is contemporary Hence, environmental protection must be complimentary The fight is not solitary Our efforts thus, should be supplementary We need to be prudent And embrace attitudes that are ardent For the sake of providence Let’s uphold evidence.
