A conversation with Aju from the musical duo Molina Soleil and Aju. We will be talking about their community-based projects to inspire and empower young girls, as well as their new cd project ‘Soulaju’ which is afusion of lives, stories, styles, and cultures – combining elements of thesacred feminine and human right issues in their signature hip hop, jazzy fusion.



During the second half of the show we will be talking with Rosedanie Cadet, a local leader of a Haitian-based humanitarian organization called Helping Hands Noramise. Two local filmmakers, NicoleVulcan and Posie Currin, will also be in the studio to discuss a documentary that they are currently producing about the organization and a Haitian community’s struggleto gain agricultural sustainability and independence in a country recently devastatedby the earthquake.
