The internet has been my closest friend since 2011 that I became an internet user.The internet is so friendly,it doesn't discriminates,it doesn't despises,its not gender bias,it Doesn't look whether one is rich or poor, black or white,the internet is a friend to us all. My mouth was stuff with cobwebs because my past made me feel inferior, ashame and afraid of what the future holds for me but the internet wipe away my fears made me to speak out,made my mind be at rest, as my ordeals became stories that I shared on the internet,the internet make me a writer since I wrote my own stories through world pulse and other internet apps. The internet made my voice loud through the creation of my NGO; Empower Orphans, Girls and the Vulnerable,I read interesting stories about female change makers around the world who inspired me to creat my own association for the right of orphan's and girls.The internet made my voice to be heard.The internet made me to be creative. The internet is a parent to Orphan's, through the internet I have found countless friends as well as an internet family world Pulse that wiped away my lonely and reserved nature,the internet gave me hope again as an orphan. The internet gave me a voice to speak out about the plight befalling orphans,girls and the Vulnerable in my community. The internet made me not to be alienated again as I spent most of my time using other internet devices that made me busy and forget my sorrow but encouraged me for a better future. The internet is my love,a true love that doesn't discriminate. The internet made me fall in love with Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, Google, Linked etc.its a love that doesn't envy, a love that doesn't discriminate,a love that doesn't disappoint, but; a love that makes u get engaged with other change makers, a love that makes u get informed, get opportunities, get motivated,be empowered, be encouraged and get going from one step to the other in success. The internet is a voice to the deaf,the internet makes deaf people speak out they plight.Those whose voice where cutoff after a surgery makes the internet they voice. The internet gives peace to the troubled house wife who finds peace when browsing through. The internet is a friend to the oppressed in the society. The internet is my school,I learn everyday in different class subjects like Facebook, WhatsApp,YouTube, Linked, etc with different teachers around the world.The internet is a classroom that accepts everyone's opinion. Every point of view counts.no one is beaten for a wrong answer given.no one is driven out of class because u use cheap phones,laptops or tablets. The internet galvanize the world because countless people get involve and people know about areas they have never been too.its thanks to the internet that we all are members of world pulse, if the internet never existed we would not have been reading this beautiful stories right here.our voices would have just echoed not heard.Internet is a plus to us all.
