About Me: I am currently living in Portland, Oregon USA. I was born in Denver, Colorado USA. Having just returned from a trip "home" I am happy to say that the landscapes of both Colorado and Oregon have me feeling extremely fortunate to have lived and experienced life in such beautiful places. Vast and expansive landscapes with the best that nature has to offer, the natural world is such an inspiration to me, powerful stuff! It makes me contemplate other places, that may or may not have that same quality, and to think about the people that live there and what their lives are like. I am a human being in transition and am getting used to and somewhat intrigued by the unknown aspect of where my life is headed. A new me emerging, I hope...... That is one of the reasons I am very excited by the energy and connectivity of PulseWire and look forward to learning about other people and places. A journey in my heart so to speak.

My Passions: Travel, Personal Relationship with Family and Friends, Flowers, Beaches, Mountains, Creativity!

My Challenges: Confidence!

My Vision for the Future: I hope that humanity progresses to new levels of understanding and acceptance of each other, and learn to celebrate our commonalities, realizing that we are really, truly all connected.

My Areas of Expertise: Creative. Communicate and Listen well, love a good conversation! Enjoy observing Nature, love flowers and landscaping. My work life is a mixed bag, and I consider myself someone capable of wearing many hats, adaptability is a good quality.

It's always fun when a fellow Portlander joins our community. You are in good company here where kindred spirits are connecting, friendships are blossoming, souls are emerging and powerful strong voices are rising up. You are now a member of this vibrant community and I look forward to reading more about your passions, ideas, concerns and dreams.

You can share your vision by writing in your journal, reading other member's journals and offering comments, and joining groups to participate in the discussions. Take a moment to browse through our group directory (http://www.worldpulse.com/pulsewire/groups) where you may find a group with similar interests to your own. Or, you may consider starting your own group where you can build a powerful network bringing together PulseWire members with similar interests who want to share ideas or actions. With the group journal, you can brainstorm solutions, pose questions, test ideas and create a support network for your visions.

Again, welcome and I know that you will find PulseWire to be engaging, inspiring and thought-provoking. Janice PulseWire Community Director

Hello Jody,

I just read your story about your time in Cambodia. What an inspiration! I can see the faces of those children in my mind's eye, and they truly are an inspiration. Thank you for writing about them so eloquently, it is true, these moments hold so much power. I admire you already!

Best to you,
