Introducing myself and my journal

About Me:
Hi, im a 49 year old English woman who is really suffering at the moment. I decided to try HRT a couple of weeks ago due to suffering bad symptoms of menopause. However....I don't know how long it takes to kick in! im on the 1mg dose of Estelle duet and up to now im feeling worse than I did before I started taking it. im so tired, my joints ache and I have no energy at all. My partner is getting a bit fed up with me . The sex has gone out of the window as I simply have no energy. Don't know what to do. Its only my second week of taking the white tabs. the green ones start on sunday. I would be interested in talking to women who are taking this type to find out if it gets better.
