Bolivianización de la Moneda, Sofisma para Desdolarización

No es casualidad que el Ministro Luis Arce haya tenido que callar al Banco Central de Bolivia, que anunció la Bolivianización de todas las transacciones, para ponerlas todas en moneda nacional. Ese es el siguiente paso en la economía evista. Está claro que no es el momento, porque por las elecciones, eso restaría votos.

No me preocupa tanto que piensen hacerlo. Me preocupa más que lo nieguen. Porque negar que necesitan una medida así, es igual que negar que se necesita sincerar los precios de la gasolina. Es mentir. Negar que se tenía prevista la desdolarización, aunque lleve un nombre distinto, es intentar que no nos demos cuenta de sus verdaderas intenciones.

¿Cuál la intención detrás de la desdolarización? Apropiarse de nuestros ahorros. Si. Hasta ahora, el gobierno ha mermado toda iniciativa de ahorro y capitalización individual y familiar, a través del control de la tasa de interés bancario que nos pagan en los bancos. El gobierno ha bajado a casi cero esa tasa durante siete años. Suficiente para volvernos pobres a todos los ahorristas. En el año ocho, nos hizo el gran favor de darnos unas migajas a través de bonos que pagan más y que podemos comprar del BCB. Es decir, encontraron otra forma de acaparar nuestros ahorros para el estado, a través de lanzarnos el anzuelo de pagarnos un poco más de interés si le compramos al Banco Central. Muy sagaz el ministro Luis Arce.

Hoy, la desdolarización va a quitar el valor a todos nuestros ahorros, como ya pasó una vez con la UDP. ¿Se acuerdan? Es inolvidable esa nefasta página de nuestra historia. Hoy, se va a repetir en cualquier momento. La señal, a través de un error del Banco Central, está dada. ¿Cuántos de nosotros sobreviviremos esta vez, cuando le quiten el valor a todo lo que tenemos ahorrado en dólares?

Pocos. Solo aquellos que tienen información preferencial, es decir, los funcionarios de alto rango del gobierno del Movimiento al Socialismo, tendrán acceso a ese privilegio de poder cuidar sus ahorros familiares. Esto significa que el resto del pueblo, ha quedado en la indefensión económica. Nadie nos protege.

¿Qué puede pasar con un pueblo cada vez más pobre? ¿Qué siga votando por el verdugo de su economía, es decir por el Movimiento al Socialismo? No creo. Esta es la señal de alerta más clara que nos ha dado el gobierno en los últimos dos años. Recuerda, si tiene cola y maúlla, es gato. Si tiene cara de bolivianización, es desdolarización.

The government has reduced to almost zero this rate during seven years. Enough to make all savers poor. In the eighth year, it made us the great favor of giving us some crumbs through bonds that pay more and that we can buy from BCB. It is to say, they found another way of monopolizing our savings for the state, by testing to see if we would fall into it by paying us a little bit more interest if we purchase from the Central Bank. What can happen with a country that is poorer each time? ¿To continue voting for the tyrant of its economy, it is to say for the Movement to Socialism? I don’t think so.
