The heaven of our most delicious pleasures, the most effective sex, the hugest amount of money, and all else that conforms the worldly tradition of everyday life, become unreal the day you lose your mom, so if you still have her ….

If I still had you, beautiful mamita (what we call our dear moms in Spanish), I would talk to you everyday about how happy I am to be a woman. In my case, you are my grandmother, but that means you are twice my mamita. I am happy because you taught me that the blessing of being a woman comes from the gift of unlimited love inside the feminine heart. It became real when you gave me your blessing the day I departed for a long trip.

If I still had you, gorgeous, I would make you proud by showing you how I never made drugs, beer, or other doping stuff. Because you taught me that the best happiness is the real one, that you will only feel when you are free from synthetic pleasure.

If I still had you, sweetheart, I would teach you how to get into the internet and meet this wonderful community of women around the world, and ask you to teach them how to work silently, strongly, but firmly.

I would ask you to transmit to them what you have transmitted me: the meaning of happiness that lays hidden in our feminine smartness.

I would introduce my comrades to you so they could grasp a little of your embracing love and sense of humor and become the strong pillars of their homes, and the spiritual guides of their communities.

I would ask you to pass your wisdom unto them, so that they know that women around the world will not be taken seriously by any men or puppet women in any government, if they don’t stand up for themselves together, and shout their needs to the world, the way you taught me, peacefully and proudly.

I would beg you to become our leader, the one who helps us eat from one plate so that we won’t ever fight with each other; the one who reminds us that the task of living with integrity is not easy, but it is worth to struggle for it to the very end.

I would ask you to please remind us all how to be not only self confident, but SPIRITUALLY self confident, as when you said that the only way to carry on in the hard tasks of being a woman, is trusting your gut, and praying to God that everything is fine, this way we are totally assured of the good results.

Mamita, I want to ask for your permission to tell them how you never cheated, and yet always were the winner, and how gossip and bullying were a laugh to you because they were childish.

This is the big secret, sisters of the world: We cannot ask any man to give us a place in the world, because we already have it. It is up to us to recognize it and have enough integrity to shout to the world that it indeed, belongs to us.

The 21st century is not for timid women. Without the help of your instinct, your spiritual self confidence, and your integrity, the world cannot see your light. Faith, dear comrades, comes from within. It cannot be passed unto you.

My dearest mamita, thank you for being there for me and sculpting your signature in my life. Will I be able to pass it on to my daughter? Please help me do it. When I was a child in your loving arms, before leaving for school my words were ‘And your blessing, mamita?’. When I see my child every morning and she goes to school, she doesn’t ask for my blessing.

But I don’t give up. I shout from wherever I may be: God bless you dear! In the hope that someday, somehow, she will understand how great it is to have your mom’s blessing every day.

Dear sisters, let Andreina, my mamita, send you her blessing from heaven where she lives, so that you, all and each one of you, will become THE LIGHT that only she could set on, within me, and I hope, within all of you.

Dear Janice,

She is with you. She always will be. It is really heartbreaking when you want to share things with someone and know it isn't possible anymore. One can only imagine what the others response would have been.

I kept chocolates for weeks to give to someone but then life never gave me another chance. I think the beauty lies in realising this. So lady don't put off anything. do it now. Also tell ur loved ones how much u love and care and what they mean to u.

With best wishes,

Nusrat Ara

My name is Jacqueline! But thanks for reading me and for the comment. I appreciate that you came forward. Yesterday I got to know that my mentor's father passed away and it touched my heart so much that I wrote this.

I will tell everyone that I love each of them very much.

Thanks friend,

I am presently down right now and I had to shout back at my mother because of my elder sister' s behaviour she is always condoning, it took me a long time before I could replied in harsh words, the fact is that they always come to the realization of my advise when it is beyond repair but I will amend by sending soothing words to her now and and we talk later.

Mother is supreme, we say in this part of the world, she is the gold with which we are adorned before we begin to look at the father who is the mirror, Thanks my dear friend, You know I always appreciate u.

Mothers you are the best.

I loved this entry. Our mothers are so special. I especially loved these sentences:

"This is the big secret, sisters of the world: We cannot ask any man to give us a place in the world, because we already have it. It is up to us to recognize it and have enough integrity to shout to the world that it indeed, belongs to us." Our mamas brought us into this world and gave us a place in this world. We must be powerful women who live up to our destinies.

We are powerful! Thank you for your loving and moving words.

heart, Jody

Thank you for this. I have just read it now, and am so moved and touched by your tribute.

My mother died suddenly when I was 18, and she is one of the many reasons I do the work I do today. Thank you for capturing this here, for us to read.

It's truly a blessing to have you as part of World Pulse!

All my love, Corine
