Hello! I'm Jone (pronounced like J-o-a-n). I'm passionate about growing women's greatness because I believe, when women are heard, humanity will thrive. I coach, advise and propel women.

My company, inCourage Leading, is dedicated to elevating the voices, the knowledge and the skills of women and wise companies that understand when women lead, success for the entire human family follows. With a law degree, Executive Coach credentials, and career split between the U.S. and several continents, I'm passionate about developing strategies and people to make a difference in the world.
