Classification

In school there are classes. In Primary Schools there are usually five classes from class one to five. In High Schools the same system is being followed means class six to ten.
This is absolutely necessary. Necessary to identify students.
From my experience gathered while I was teaching in a school I can say there will be no teaching at all without the system of classes.
Class means a level according to age and learning capacity of a student.
If we have a closer look we will find everywhere the system of classification.
Like any other office there are positions in my office too. All the employees are leveled according to their positions and they do their jobs accordingly.
This is not theoretical but the subject of practical.
Practically we see this is necessary for every office, institution, organization or whatever it may be to run to its right direction.
Like many other office goers I too ride on rickshaw.
Someday while on rickshaw I look at its puller.
He is a human being, not different from other people like me outwardly and inwardly. I can see very clearly his head covered with black hair, eyes, nose, ears, hands, legs and everything that i and other people have and inwardly he has love, hatred, emotions, feelings, ups and downs, weal and woes.
He had past, now he has present and of course future too. He dreams of a better life for himself or his children, He may dream of making a beautiful house of his own for comfort stay and we do not know he may dream of many other things.
All these are the same things that we all have. But they pull rickshaws and others ride on.
Let me still stay with the point of rickshaw pullers. Are they a part of our society?
Yes, they are.
Does their service necessary?
I will say again yes, necessary.
In support of what I say I only will say that without their service people like me cannot avail themselves with everyday office in time.
But still they are classified to the level of rickshaw pullers and in many areas they are not like us.
This is practical, this is truth. They should accept it and we also should do the same.
But we should consider humanity.
In case of humanity there should not be any classification.
