About Me: My passion is to empower the poor to lift themselves from poverty by granting them dignity with healthcare, potable water, education and nutrition. To achieve this, the right kind of leadership -compassionate leadership - is required. I have developed a leadership model developing the mind (thoughts), body (words and action) and spirit (inspiration) to enable leaders to elevate their results for all of their stakeholders.

My Passions: Making the world better for the poor with water, nutrition, microfinance and education

My Challenges: Fundraising for the non-profit that I lead

My Vision for the Future: A world where possibilities of an abundant life exists for all.

My Areas of Expertise: Human Resources, Organizational Development, Executive Coaching

You mentioned a leadership model that you have developed. Would you be interested in sharing that model or steps for success in leadership to help other organizations around the world? Sharing Solutions is a library for solutions to daily challenges, where you can contribute your own models, blueprints, manuals and best practices to PulseWire's library of ideas and expertise, and learn from others.

We look forward to hearing more from you on PulseWire!

Warm regards, Jade
