Dear WorldPulsers,

It's great to be back to this exciting community after two weeks of being buried under books. I'm finding it difficult to look at my laptop right now, I've written too many papers...seriously!

I'm really excited about graduation. I do have my regrets though. I wanted to graduate with a higher GPA and I wanted to involve myself in many more activities. I was your stereotypical college student, I wanted to do everything and I just couldn't understand the idea of time-management!

I really think that a good university experience doesn't boil down to a good school and good professors. It's all about the student, what you make of your experience, how you benefit from the different university resources and how you choose to apply this knowledge.

I've had a FEW good professors, but a big part of the experience is self-study. I loved going to the library and talking to people. I loved my 1 month long study-abroad experience. I loved writing for the school newspaper, teaching refugees, working with youth at risk,interning at a refugee council, acting in 4 different plays, interviewing famous writers and making life-long friendships.

It was value and I'm blessed to be one of few women to graduate from university. (don't have exact statistics!)_
