I was giggling earlier this week when reading other peoples assignments since I kept thinking "Oh wow, she is definately getting picked!" and thinking to myself "Oh man, I hope I at least get picked as #31! in everyone's hearts and the girls had asked me what made me laugh.

I was thinking about it and was giggling imaging each of us reading the others and thinking the same thing!

Maria, What can I say? Of all the posts I've read here. Yours are the ones I talk about most often. You said in one of your posts that you hoped to be an inspiration and source of support for others. Sometimes your words leap out of your journal as if you are right here with me, hugging me just when I need it the most. You have a gift and I suspect also a profound talent for healing. Whether you are number one or number 31, I just wanted to let you know that you are already successful in acheiving your goal. You've been a source of inspiration and support for me and from other comments I read, for many others too. You have helped me through this journey out of myself and into the public blogoshere in more ways than I can speak of. I am sure we will continue to hear much more from you, whichever way the wind blows. So Thank You again and many many blessings to you and yours, Love Tina

I think it is all of us together creating this positive energy. It was funny since I was thinking of which ones will get chosen for sure and got to 30 very quickly and not even through the ones I love reading the most! I am so glad it is not me having to decide since I would probably have to end up tossing a coin. I was telling the girls though that there are so many who deserve this chance that it feels like an honor to be among them.

It is nice that we are friends since I so enjoy your posts! I loved the Camelot one and think you are very gifted to since I can picture a lot of the woman taking your hand for the new dance of unity together.

Dear Maria, you are the now who frequently inspired me by spending your valuable time reading my journal and give your comments. You are the one who hugs everyone and support them. Believe me You have already achieved your goal. Thanks With LOve and regards Sunita

It is funny since I feel the same way about a lot of the woman here who make this place a lot of fun and so interesting to come to. So I thank everyone else in the same way because it makes my life feel so much happier to know there are woman all over the world who feel as I do and are willing to share a bit of themselves or their culture with me.

It is a nice feeling though that writing of things in some way helps others since it is my goal and thanks for saying I have reached it! It is funny since I have more stories in my head and have a hard time deciding what to write next since often what I want to write and what I end up writing are not always the same. Learning to trust my heart and follow it is something I am working on so thanks for saying it was the right choice!

Hi maria, It might sound you funny but its true. keep writing your stories and we are eager to read it. Thank you so much. With Love and regards Sunita

Hello Maria, Whether you get picked or not, I want you to know that you have touched so many lives, you have joined your voice with others and that is what really matters. you are always there for almost everybody, i will never forget you maria, you know i was even thinking you are an African. Sorry about that but dear sister you know how to encourage people. Once in a while this week naturally, my thought went the same line as yours but i always reminded of my reason for joining in the first instance which is the opportunity to raise my vioce with the others so that the world would not be able to ignore us but forced to listen to us and i know we will achieve that.

Thank you very much

I was telling the girls you said that and I consider it an honor to be mistaken for an African because the woman I have met from there in person are all woman I admire for their caring, strength and a sort of spiritual essence that I can't quite put into words. I was writing with another amazing woman whose name I have forgotten now but something like "Nsasu" from Kenya who is embracing her traditions and feel a kinship with her since I am wanting to embrace mine more and more but from a feminist perspective. It is interesting to see the similarities between our traditional cultures and the understanding that back in those times men and woman walked hand in hand in a way that we do not right now. It is interesting and fun for me to learn about other woman and what they belief and see it is not so different from what I feel too.

I was telling my girls I won't mind if i don't get picked because I can see so many other woman who deserve it and loved taking the journey with them. I am also content to continue working with other woman here. There are so many young ones that I want to see get picked since it is them I hoped we could reach the most and watching them on this journey has been very rewarding for me.

Two of my daughters have joined here but one is offline for her meditation/spiritual reasons for awhile but the other just joined and I am glad. She has a very unique way of expressing herself but I think her goodness shows: http://www.worldpulse.com/user/2049

I told her she doesn't have to say I am her mom but she says she doesn't mind if everyone knows. I was telling them they can join and just experience it for themselves. She was thrilled when she made her first friend on here (besides me, I mean) and I was telling her this is why I like it here so much. It seems to be a place where caring woman are so it is nice to come here and meet them.
