The women and girls of Mama Shujaa endeavored to participate massively in the market that had begun in the trajectory of the Independence Square to the Kadutu stadium where they had paraded before His Excellency the Governor.

The women and girls of the mama shujaa center have reflected on the rights of women who are not respected in work, society and so on.

From festivity to reflection

Until now, this day was essentially festive. After the parade, the women went to share a drink, took the opportunity to dance and have fun.

Inaugurated by the United Nations General Assembly in 1977, this day of 8 March 2071 provides an opportunity to take stock of the progress made in the field of gender equality and the empowerment of women around the world. Call for changes and celebrate the acts of courage of determination accomplished by ordinary women who have played an extraordinary role in their countries and their communities.

Investing in work that women are massively involved in the work to see by 2030, that there is gender equality.

Dear Brigitte,

It is always good to have news of the women and girls of Mama Shujaa and to celebrate with you at a distance that you had the chance to dance and have fun together. Yes, let's celebrate the acts of courage, and call for changes globally by 2030. The UN has had plenty of time to enact the real and necessary changes we have been calling for. When I tell women here about Mama Shujaa, they are so glad to learn about all you are doing there.

With love in sisterhood,
