See how Navi Mumbai Police is Protecting Accused & Doing INJUTICE to a 77 year old WIDOW SENIOR CITIZEN since last 1 year*

MY CASE No. 1623/2011-12 WITH MSHRC:

• From May 2010 I have filed number of petitions to Your Hon. Chairperson & MSHRC complaining against Navi Mumbai Police Commissioner & Vashi Police PSI violating my Human Rights & not taking Cognizance of my Serious Criminal Complaints & Threat to the Life of a Poor & Helpless 77 year old Widow Senior Citizen
• I have given MSHRC & Vashi Police PRIMA FACIE Documentary Evidence of 2 Legal Notices issued in Vashi Times newspaper in March 2007 SEVERING MY RELATION WITH ACCUSED & INTIMATING THEM BY COURIER, which Accused have Acknowledged to Vashi Police
• In my petition dated 26 October 2011, especially, (delivered personally at MSHRC office on 1-11-11 with a signed & stamped copy with me) I have explained with clear Details how Navi Mumbai Police DCP Vashi Zone 1 Shri P Karad, under the Planned Conspiracy to Protect Accused, has given me & MSHRC False Replies + False Reports to Misguide that this is a Civil Matter !!! I have also submitted Proofs of Deliberate False RTI Replies + RTI Proofs that Vashi Police is LYING about Main Accused Manoj Karani & have yet even after 1 year not taken his Statement –let alone Legal Action !!!

MY POLICE COMPLAINT DATED 24 DECEMBER 2010:

I filed a Police Complaint at Vashi Police Station on 24 December 2010 against 6 Accused Karani family members for Forcibly to enter my house, Threaten me, Call me, Stand outside my building & Asking me for my Bank A/C No. & Signature, from August to November 2010-With a Criminal Intent to Loot me, Cheat me & Harm me

I FILED THE SAID POLICE COMPLAINT BECAUSE:

(a) Accused Had No Legal Right To Come To My House In The First Place, As I Had Severed My Relation Legally With Accused in March 2007, By Issuing Them A Legal Notice, Twice, In Vashi Times & Couriering Them The Copies, As They Have Looted & Cheated Me For The Past 30 Years & Destroyed My Family Financially Leading To The Deaths Of My Husband, Son & Suicide By My Handicapped Daughter In 2007

(b) So Many Old & Helpless Grandmothers, Even Though They Had Good Relations with Their Grandsons, Have Been
Murdered By Their Grandsons For Money, But Imagine In My Case, I Have Severed My Relation Legally With My
Criminal Grandson Manoj Karani & His Family Since March 2007 - So I Had MORE Fear Of Life From Manoj
Karani & His Family”

NO ACTION BY VASHI POLICE AGAINST ACCUSED – TO PROTECT ACCUSED:

• Vashi Police has not called Main Accused Manoj Karani to Police station nor recorded his Statement-YET EVEN AFTER 1 YEAR- since 24 December 2010 !!!
• Not Recorded my 2nd Complaint in March 2011 against Accused Sanjeev & Rakhi Karani – even after I gave PRIMA FACIE DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE of Mobile Records of accused in contact with a hardened criminal who took me to Delhi to harm me & looted me - 2ND REPEAT OFFENCE BY ACCUSED AFTER MY COMPLAINT DT. 24 DECEMBER 2010
• Not Recorded my 3rd Complaint in June 2011 against Accused Urmi Karani THREATENING ME AGAIN – 3RD REPEAT OFFENCE AFTER MY COMPLAINT DT. 24 DECEMBER 2010
• Not served even Legal Notice u/s 149 to Main Accused Manoj Karani & his wife – Till today
• Sending Wrong Reports to Maharashtra State Commission for Women (MSCW) – To Protect Accused
• Getting the Final Order changed at Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission (MSHRC) in Favour of Accused !!! - TO PROTECT ACCUSED

Accused are Rich & Powerful & Habitual Offenders & they have Looted & Cheated others also in the past.
That is why Accused are Bribing/using Political Influence/Lying so that FIR is not Registered against them.

NO ACTION BY MSHRC + CHANGING OF FINAL ORDER BY MSHRC:

• MSHRC sent Repeated Notices 3 times to Navi Mumbai Commissioner of Police from August 2010 on 25.08.2010, 11.10.2010 & in November, each time giving him 4 weeks time to submit its Report to MSHRC failing which :” the Commission may proceed to take such action, as it deems fit & proper”
• BUT SHOCKINGLY NO ACTION WAS TAKEN BY MSHRC TILL DECEMBER 2011
• I approached Your Hon. in Dec ’10 & raised Objection to NM Police being given so much time & they are Not BOTHERED to submit their Report, so Your Hon. FINALLY kept the Hearing on 22 December 2010
• Summons were sent to (1) NM CP (2) Vashi PSI Shri Raosaheb Sardesai (3) Me to appear in Person before the Commission on 22 Dec ’10 at 11.00 am
• Respondents (1) NM CP (2) Vashi PSI Shri Raosaheb Sardesai did not come hence Your Hon Justice waited upto 12.30 & then passed the FINAL ORDER: as mentioned in the Summons in case Respondents failed to come & dictated as follows: “ As Mohini Kamwani has severed her relation legally with Accused then Accused Jeetendra, Manoj & Sanjeev Karani have no Legal Right to Forcibly go to her house, stand outside her building, Threaten her & ask for her Bank A/C No. & Signature. Vashi police take action against Accused as Mohini Kamwani is a Senior Citizen”
• I waited upto 2.00pm & asked for my Copy of the Final Order, but I was told I will get on 02 January 2012 as the Hon. Justice is going on leave.
• But when I collected my copy, I was Shocked – The Hon. MSHRC Chairperson Justice Shri Vyasji had CHANGED THE ORDER COMPLETELY !!! As Vashi Police Under Its PLANNED CONSPIRACY Sent 2 Junior Officers (Not The Respondents NM CP & Vashi PSI In Person), AFTER PASSING OF THE FINAL ORDER BY HON. JUSTICE , Submitting False & Misleading Reports Which They Have Been Doing Since 1 Year To Protect Accused, & the Hon. Justice CHANGED THE FINAL ORDER STATING THIS IS A CIVIL MATTER & I AM CLAIMING MAINTENANCE THAT IS WHY VASHI POLICE HAS NOT REGISTERED MY FIR !!! The Order, Further Confusingly States That FIR HAS BEEN REGISTERED & THE CASE IS CLOSED !!!???

This order has been “DICTATED” by Vashi Police to Protect Accused –
VASHI POLICE IS ACTING LIKE DEFENCE LAWYERS, JURY & JUDGE FOR ACCUSED

BUT HOW CAN THE HON. MSHRC JUSTICE SHRI K R VYAS JI:

• Entertain Submission of Report Not by Respondents (1) NM CP (2) Vashi PSI but by 2 Junior officers when MSHRC notice clearly state “ Information shall be furnished only by Respondents to whom the Notices is issued & not by anybody else”
• AND THAT TO AFTER THE FINAL ORDER IS PASSED BY HIS HON. HIMSELF?
• CHANGE THE FINAL ORDER PASSED as mentioned above, AFTER Dictating the Final Order in the presence of the COMPLAINANT & THEN CHANGE IT AFTER SHE HAS LEFT ???!!!
• Thereby DENYING ME THE LEGAL & HUMAN RIGHT to Present my Proofs & Argue my Case in the Presence of the Respondents (Vashi Police), as I AM NOT CLAIMING ANY MAINTENANCE BUT ONLY FIR AGAINST ACCUSED for their Threatening Me, Forcibly Coming To My House & Asking For My Bank A/C No. & Signature To Loot & Cheat Me WHEN I HAVE SEVERED MY RELATION WITH THEM LEGALLY & Giving Clear Grounds For FIR AS THEY HAVE LOOTED & CHEATED ME IN THE PAST ALSO & I AM A 77 YEAR WIDOW SENIOR CITIZEN & I HAVE THREAT OF LIFE FROM ACCUSED – As So Many Old & Helpless Grandmothers Have Been Murdered By Their Grandsons For Money Even Though They Had Good Relations With Them!!!
• CHANGE THE FINAL ORDER after asking Respondents to submit their Report for 5 months through 3 Notices WHICH THEY DO NOT & they also do not come in person on 22 December 2011 at the given time BUT PURPOSELY & DELIBERATELY, AS UNDER THEIR PLANNED CONSPIRACY COME AFTER THE POOR VICTIM HAS BEEN FOOLED THAT THE FINAL ORDER HAS BEEN PASSED & she will get her copy only on 02 December 2012 & THEN CHANGE THE ORDER !!!
• CLOSE THE CASE TO GIVE BENEFIT TO ACCUSED & VASHI NM POLICE ???!!!

I have written to MSHRC since 2nd January 2012 to please reverse this wrong order & pass the same order which Hon. Justice Shri K R Vyas ji had originally passed on 22 December 2011, but I have not received any reply.

PRAYER:

Your Hon., PLEASE HELP ME GET JUSTICE- I AM A 77 YEAR POOR & HELPLESS SENIOR CITIZEN WIDOW – I Have Threat of Life from Rich & Powerful Criminals Accused, as they have Looted & Cheated me before also & as a result I have lost 3 members of my family & they are Again & Again Threatening me EVEN AFTER MY POLICE COMPLAINT IN DECEMBER 2010 & VASHI POLICE IS NOT REGISTERING MY FIR – TO PROTECT ACCUSED & MSHRC IS NOT TAKING ACTION AGAINST VASHI POLICE
