These are pulses, not words

Dearest Kat,

I have always thought that actions speak louder than words, but World Pulse proved to be an exception to this rule.

Your letter is so full of warmth and compassion. I thank you for your kind words that I am sure have crossed continents carrying the beauty of your soul and the warmth of wonderful Alaska. You grew up around lakes and mountains, and I around deserts and oases, yet our stories converge here and our aim remains one: Give back to women their natural role in this life.

I am grateful to World Pulse for it gave me the opportunity to meet amazing women with impressive stories of survival, fervor and courage, and yours is certainly full of these three and much more. I salute the soldier and the fighter in you and I commend the Brownie Girl Scout that made it to being one of the first women in the United States Air Force Academy. Your fight to protect mother earth and conserve the wild life only convinces me that no battle is lost and I am to achieve my dream and goal in this one.

You are a true leader and a great inspiration for me. Under your guidance, I shall strive towards being the woman you are now. Under your care, I shall grow stronger. With your support, my voice shall be louder. With you in my life, I have now a teacher, friend and companion.

Thank you for being part of this journey.

Naturally,

Najwa
