Beneficiary #3 of the Rescue Women Girls Scholarship in Bai Kuke

I am bringing to you the third beneficiary of the Rescue Women Girls Scholarship in Bai Kuke, she is called Moroko Emilien. She is a beautiful Mokango Bima girl!

If tears were capable of drying up, mine would have dried up this time in Bai Kuke as I listened to the stories of the girls. Emilien's father is late. How did he die? On a fateful day, he went hunting with his friend in the forest. As the hunting became intense, they parted ways so that each person can hunt freely in different locations of the forest. When he became tired, he sat down under a tree and placed his lighted torch on his lap. So unfortunately, his friend came to his direction, and on seeing his lighted gun, he thought it was the eyes of an animal...he shot and killed his friend!!!

OMG! Imagine the man dying under the shots of his friend's gun. Imagine the pain and agony. Imagine what ran through the minds of both the dead and the living. I just don't want to imagine.

Because of lack of care, Emilien's mother too got sick and passed on a few years later. Now, Emilien is a complete orphan, living with his uncle in Bai Kuke. His uncle who has five other children cannot afford the fees of young Emilien who is going to form 1 this year.

Thank God, Emilien's part school fees has been paid, her uniform and books are ready, thanks to the scholarship. I am praying everyday that God provide the resources for this to continue next year.

Join me in expressing happiness for this beautiful and aspiring young girl!!!
