Ils prennent dans tous les domaines notamment dans les domaines civil, économique, social et culturel,toutes les mesures appropriées pour assurer le total épanouissement et la pleine participation de la femme au développement de la nation.
Ils prennent des mesures pour lutter contre toute forme de violence faites a la femme dans la vie publique et dans la vie privée.
Qu'en-est-il pour l'article 448 de code de la famille en vigueur en RDC qui stipule "La femme doit obtenir l'autorisation de son mari pour tous les actes juridiques dans lesquelles elles s'oblige a une prestation qu'elle doit effectuer en personne".???

Rights and freedoms of human beings

Government officials are ensuring the elimination of all forms of discrimination concerning women and are assuring the protection and promotion of their rights.

In all areas, notably the civil, economic, social and cultural spheres, they are taking all the appropriate measures to ensure the complete flourishing and full participation of women in the nation’s development.

They are taking measures to combat all forms of violence against women in public and private life.

Where do we stand then with Article 448 of the Family Code effective in the DRC which stipulates, “A woman must obtain the authorization of her husband for all legal acts in which she is obligated to a service that she must carry out in person”???
