Mission Possible: Building A Team Of Women All Over The World

Organizations and Initiatives for women play a major role in the support behind Courtney Mone't Randolph, the awareness of her brand and the women who support it. Her story is a story about women building each other up and breaking distance barriers. Women from different cultural back grounds supporting each other's initiatives, enterprises and coming together to create powerful synergy. Randolph's story is centered around support turning into sisterhood.

Technology and social media was used to build the Pynk Mogul network founded by Courtney Mone't Randolph to connect women through their passion for travel, cultural learning and philanthropy. However, social media was not giving Courtney the results she was desiring for the demographics for her network. She wanted to include women from all over the world and connect with women on an international scale to learn about different initiatives that her company can contribute to.

She knew she could not stop at building her own network but seek out other organizations for women also. This task lead her to World Pulse which would change her life and network forever.

Through World Pulse she met two powerful women from two different parts of the world. Feka Parchibell and Upasana Chauhan. These connections led to supporting the Say No To Yes Girls initiative led by Upasana and the opportunity to travel across the world to Cameroon, Africa to learn how women in America can fix the need for sewing machines and support the construction of a school for women in Cameroon.

These two women have also help to spread the dream of Courtney's brand by supporting it across their social media pages and expanding it providing more opportunities to come Courtney's way.

In May of 2017 Courtney will produce the first summit that will allow women to tour a different country and come together to talk about women's economic empowerment initiatives and what women in extremely developed countries can do to support women in developing countries.

Through the connection of women in the World Pulse community there has created a synergy among women not only on the internet but also off of the internet. This synergy is the most powerful form of building one another up. The internet provides a way for women to support each other. However, when women find a way to come together in the real world and travel to make a difference in real life that is called sisterhood.

When women create a sisterhood as Courtney has done with Upasana and Feka they are stronger when they work together to make a difference in different parts of the world. That is what you can call a miracle.
