World's Teacher's Day

World's Teacher's Day, its goal is to support teachers and to ensure the needs of the future generations by educating them through their teachers. Since 1994 of October 5 that where teachers' commemorates this organization worldwide.

Being a teacher is not a profession but a vocation. We are struggling as a General into our work in our own little stage and having a salary as a Private. However, we are armed with a Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) or we have to have a board examination acknowledge from the Philippine government.

I became a teacher because I want to have my retirement at this early age. I thought that life is going to work and just do my job. But, I was wrong because a teacher is encountering the youth. Since, 4 years ago, to be exact, 2 years in grades school and 2 years in high school. Children will always be children. The fulfillment is that they have learned the values of what we are trying to teach them and to be a good person to all.

My mentor told me that I have a calling into teaching. It is never too late. Believing that a teacher is giving service for the development of the children. A teacher either make or break a student.

I just want to share what I have learned from my teachers. They really make a difference into our lives because they are our second-parents, thus, they need respect and love just like your parents. We are in school, spend most of our day there than at home.

Happy Teacher's Day my dear teachers and friends. Thank you for touching our lives.
