I am being inspired

Since 1995, Ireland enjoyed an economic boom based on multinational presence and international investment. They called it the Celtic Tiger, because they wanted to compare it with the economic boom that took place in South Asia. However, they did not learn their lessons well, because from the collapse of the Asian economies the Irish elites should have learned that to survive you had to be careful... Well, maybe it was not that they did not learn, but that they knew they would not be affected. When you have billions, to loose a few millions is only an inconvenience. The economic crisis is only a problem if you work, really work, for your money and your job is gone from one day to the other, leaving you with all the expenses and none of the income.
Today 100,000 people marched the streets of Dublin. Believe me, it takes a lot to get those numbers in Ireland, where everyone complains but not many act on their grievances. they are unhappy with a government that mismanaged years of budget surplus and now it's given our pensions funds to the bankers that pay themselves three million euros a year so they can keep their business going. We pay more tax, but women in the West of Ireland have to go for mastectomies because there is not treatment in their area. Our children will loose their special needs teachers, public transport have been reduced and funds dedicated to development projects overseas have also been affected. When it comes to crisis, the powerful always make sure that is the vulnerable who pays for it. I pay for it, you pay for it... In fact, we have been paying for a very long time. Migrants, women, children, people with disabilities, ethnic minority groups, minorities, the majority who lives in less developed countries -kept less developed so we can live on the back of the povery of others... Well, yes, this is rant, but by the gods I really needed it.
