The worldwide behaviors that define human nature arise from our biological similarities. In human similarities and differences, two perspectives dominate current thinking an evolutionary perspective, emphasizing human kinship and adversity. Nearly everyone agrees that we need both, our genes design an adaptive human brain a hard drive that receives the cultures software.
Imagine two people; one is adventurous, authorities, dominant, forceful, independent, and strong. The other one is affectionate, dependant, dreamy, emotional, sub massive and weak. In the first sounds mote to you like a man and the second like women, you are not alone. These perceptions and exceptions correlates with reality. In essentially every society, men are socially dominant. In no known societies do woman dominate men?
Gender differences very greatly by culture and gender differences are decrease over managerial and leadership position. Yet believed.

In whole world it’s a common concept that girls spend more time in helping their mothers with house work, and boys spend more time in unsupervised play. Gender socializing which gives roots to girls and wings to boys is the combination of biology and culture. Both can not exist in isolation, because culture works upon what biologically given.
Men’s style of communication is based on their social power. In situations where roles are not strictly screenplay. Men tend to be commanding, women to be self-governing. In leadership role men tends to do extremely well as directive, task focused, women stand out more often in the revolution..

Gender discrimination refers to follow to surrendering or denying rights or privileges of a person based on their gender. In some societies, this carries out in ancient and adequate to both genders. Firmly some religious groups embrace gender discrimination as part of their norms. However, in most developed nations, it is either illegal or generally considered inapt.

The joint power of these societal and religious beliefs left little room for equitable thinking for centuries and are the bases of social dominance.
In today’s life however women are struggling hard to survive and compete the goals set by the societies for acquiring their fundamental and equal rights but unfortunately the world still revolves around the myths and fictions related to men’s superiority.
The question is still answerable that:
When and how this gender discrimination ends, or how social dominance divided equally to both the genders???????.
