for the love of my children

I will start with My youngest daughter .

At the very tender age of 15 She started to show signs of depression, anxiety and Chronic Fatigue. I had little understanding of it all (20 years ago) but attempted to support her as best I knew how. At the same time I was dealing with My eldest daughter who had a drug addiction (this took up alot of my energy so My youngest felt like her issues were irrevelant and at times a burden(her words) . Over the years She would be the one person who would change my way of thinking (Educating me about Chemicals in the house,in the Air.On our crops,in our food etc etc. I resisted for a time (old habits, conditioning) until I truly started to listen to her and see things through HER eyes. I felt for her so much and wished I could have fixed things, but I could only change the way I did and saw things . Slowly I started to take all chemicals out of Our environment,I started to shop more conciously around food, cleaning products, dining out.

Over the last 20 years she has helped me to educate myself and evolve in many different areas, and I am so gratefulto her for that. What I so admired about her wa the way she took control of her life and became Proactive in her health/healing even when having to deal with Mainstream professionals eg,. GPs,specialists etc.My daughter and her wonderful partner walk the Talk as they say by growing things naturally, being sensitive to the environment, eating organic, ethically buying, and so on.

I am now living with an Auto immune disorder and because of her I eat healthierand Am forever mindful of being proactive in your own healing, and educatingothers where I can about the effects of pesticides, medications, claening products, beauty products on our delicate system, both human and enviromental

Change is always possible both as a collective and an individual (you justhave to want it enough
