CAMPAIGNING/DELIVERING VOICES FOR THE MOST NEEDY TO BE CONSIDERED BY WORLD PULSE

The Technology Companies should identify the Slums or Villages whereby the Community Youth and Women couls be assisted in Internet Connection. The Companies Volunteer and identify The Area Community Leader who cares and has been submitting Journals to World Pulse in order to improve the livelihood of their community for the most poorest of the who don't have Computers, they visit (sacrifice) Private CyberCafe.Those Leaders to be identified and be contacted be in-charge of Recruiting Girls and Women the Community will benefit through World Pulse, Technology Companies and the Government.

NB. If the Technology Companies to decides to go through the Government and not through those Grassroots Leaders like myself in my Area It would be unfair to us Grassroots Women because the Government will Mp and County Reps. will give the opportunity to their own.

Iorder to feel safer Online - (1) The Cyber should be situated in Safer Site (2) have Security for both Computers and the women who visit that Cyber Cafe (3) The Government should volunteer and build a Hall whereby the Computers will be installed.

Most of the Women, Girls in my Community attained Primary Education only due to poverty. They get Children from the tender age of 13yrs. If they can have this opportunity it would benefit their families.

I don't have a Camera, My Mobile is of poor quality it does not have a Camera neither is it Internet Connected so please bear with me i can't snap It! the Private CyberCafe.

Even paying for this JOURNAL is a Problem that's why am writing it late.
