Campaign on Menstruation Hygiene at Widow and helpless Children Welfare Center

"Mentruation Hygiene" matters!. We have done our very first event"Menstruation Hygiene" at Widow and Helpless Children Welfare Center. Our group"Girls Power" has collaborated with "World Merit Bangladesh" to make the event successful. We have distributed 40 sanitary napkins to 40 adolescent girls. We will continue to donate the napkins till december 2015 , in a meanwhile we are learning to make rewashable sanitary napkins by ourselves. I want to thank a World Pulse sister Olutosin for proving her amazing advice and techniques to make cloth pads. The girls are also interested to learn about cloth pads too which will be be help for this initiative to be succesful and sustainable.

I am overwhelmed to see the interest and helpful hands of the people who are donating cash and napkins for the girls.
