MY VISION.

MY VISION:
My vision for my life is to be a woman that will be seen and heard all over the world.
I see me becoming the voice of hope to the numerous voiceless and despaired people in my community. I foresee being help to the needy, oppressed, afflicted, downtrodden and desperate, especially the young girls and women in my community.
For my community specifically, I visualize a community where quality education will return to our public schools (where education is now free and compulsory up to senior secondary school level), so that the girl child will at least be empowered academically. With quality education, at the foundational level, self esteem, financial freedom and general women empowerment can be easily achieved. These will be layers of building blocks that will be laid on the foundation of quality education. I see in my mind’s eye the liberation of Akwa Ibom state women in particular and the Nigerian/African woman in general, from the hands of their “vicious men”, so that “they will not only be seen, but also be heard”
My vision for the world is to see a world that is generally overhauled in every sense of the word, so that we can have a more Godly society. I long to see a world, where all human beings will be free to speak their minds, irrespective of their gender, race or religion. Particularly, I desire to see a world where women will enjoy all round freedom.
I would want to be voices of our future correspondent, so that I can indeed be a voice to the many voiceless people who have no one to speak for them, whom the world may never hear them, talk less of reacting to their needs/plights, and help may never get these very needy people, some of them have been suffering for many years. I am not a politician, so I may never have the opportunity of speaking at the legislative chambers, I am not in the core government circle, therefore I may never be heard by the government, but by being a VOF correspondent and actively participating in the pulse wire community, I have the opportunity of reaching the entire world with my story and the stories of these needy people.
With their permission, I will tell the world what some of them are going through and thereby solicit help on their behalf. I believe I will learn from members who have workable projects on self actualization among girls and women.
Furthermore, at VOF community, other members I can obtain ideas from other members who have similar stories on how to actualize my dreams. Besides, other members can also get inspiration and ideas from my stories and activities too.
I believe that being a VOF correspondent will help me achieve my vision of being seen and heard, I can’t wait to be heard by the entire world.
