Scholarship rape -

I read the article in the newspaper "Day" of the day 01/04/2012 in the City of Rio de Janeiro, written by political scientist and judge of Direct Member of the Association of Judges for Democracy, Dr. John Baptist of Damascus, which I am angry .

The Judge deals with the theme Scholarship rape.

Tramaita Congressional Bill 478, 2007, whose goal is to minimize the responsibility of the criminal cases of rape. In fact the said project is drawn up with the "pretext of protecting women victims of sexual violence, rape establishing the scholarship, in which the child resulting from sexual violence receive alimony equivalent to one minimum wage until age 18, paid by the State.

In time to have a macho attitude, the state is the father?

The child needs assistance before becoming a criminal and need the lap of his state and his whole host of community and family.

The woman, girl, is be required to have a child for whom not prepared or at risk of life in clandestine clinics?

"What about a higher power of religion as well wrote the judge, not interfere with those who accept the belief system."

No question yes or no to abortion, but sponsorship sexist and disrespectful to women and children of our country.
From the moment that "no longer a criminal charge and forwards it to the clinics for their health care that has life with abundance," are going beyond the abuse of a divine authority are minimizing a serious issue and it will take more and more children to be the goods leave by the caller wanted.

Should priests and the forces responsible for the creation of laws to make a thorough study to find out from where crack users, the skeletal early age that dying on the doors of the temples of power.

I do not know how to make a petition to cancel this madness, if anyone knows please let me begin with us.

Kisses for all.
