It was pleasing to listen to the comments of the USAID Administrator - \"Eradicating extreme poverty in the next two decades is possible if governments, donors and businesses do more to expand public-private partnerships; invest in science, technology and innovation; and learn how to deal with fragile states\". He also said, \"donors need a new model of development that creates public-private partnerships that deliver measureable results and that tie country reforms with private sector and donor investments\".
