Teena was a part of the corporate arena for over 25 years.  In March 2005, unhappy with where her corporate position was taking her, she left the corporate world, now unemployed to discover where this new journey would lead her. In June 2005, she joined Connecticut Women Ob/Gyn as Practice Manager, where she has the opportunity to work with fabulous women everyday to unfold the layers of their lives. She is an inspiring coach whose down-to-earth approach is based on her own life transformations. Her success in losing and maintaining her weight loss of nearly 60 pounds makes her a genuine coach to grow with. Her philosophy is that anything is possible – when you set an Intention.    She has appeared on CBS TV and Radio Stations where she had her own segment, Tuesday’s Tips from Teena, appeared on Better Connecticut, Rocky Hill, CT with Scot Haney, Fox 61, Hartford, CT with Rachel Lutzker, NBC Stations Morning Show, West Hartford, CT with Yvonne Nava , is co-author of articles for The Hartford Women's Journal and does a monthly radio segment on the Mary Jones Show on WDRC 1360 AM, Hartford, CT on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 12:30 p.m., where the format is Making Your Dreams Come True. She is also co-author of a book entitled, Incredible Life, which will be available in Spring 2010.

She speaks from the heart and believes balancing life with some fun is FUNdamental.
