Greetings, World Pulse friends. This journal is the heart cry of the association of refugee mothers who came together when they had noticed that life was difficult in Bukavu. As refugees, they found it useful to create an association of wagon carrier mothers. The problem is that most mothers weigh 45 -60kg whereas the wagons which they transport weigh 100kg, when they return home exhausted and hungry, they fall sick a few days later. It’s in this wise that the mothers are dying quickly and others get old before time. When they heard that there are other mothers at the international level who are of the World Pulse community who can help the womenfolk, they told me to send you this message knowing that you are their eyes and ears which can intervene in their preoccupation. They live and eat poorly, they hardly educate their children, they have nothing doing.

Thank you friends. Waiting for your advice and intervention.

Thank you for sharing your story. Is there a way to solve this problem? Are there wagons that are lighter or easier to push?

I hope that a solution is found and I wish you and all the other mothers well.
