Hello World Pulse friends
Just wanted to say hi and share with you the situation here in Congo.
Since Tuesday, 5th of this month, the situation here in the East and most especially in the North-Kivu was sombre. War broke out between the Congolese and M23 Rwandan soldiers who are bent on claiming the country by force. Presently, they are in the town of Goma committing massacres. If you sign in on facebook, you’ll see this. That is why we are calling on you to help us find solutions ; especially peace. You are great powers ! they’ve been enough death and war victims. These men get in homes just to kill and looth.
Good reading and understanding friends, support us, we want peace, please !.

Bonjour les amies de World pulse . Merci pour votre réplique et courage , vraiment ne nous abandonnez pas sinon la situation est grave. Nous vous demandons de vous implique dans le dossier pour nous aider à trouver la solution à ce catastrophe de violence.

War is the most horrible thing there is. The only way out of violence is to take a stand against it. I have not known a violent person who keeps being violent when the whole society stands up against that.

Please gather all your forces, to stan up against violence and war, look them in the eye and tell them "WE DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR VIOLENCE. KILL US IF YOU WILL, BUT WE WILL NOT DO A THING. GO AHEAD. BECOME ASSASSINS"

Just make sure everyone has phones, cameras, videos, and all the press possible is present.

Stand up! Deliver! Bring peace unto yourselves!

In sisterhood,

Jackie

Hope you are well. I have been trying to follow the peace negotiations that have been. I am not sure about the current situation in Goma but i am praying that this situation will improve and i strongly encourage you to gather as many women as possible to start holding demonstrations against the violence that is taking place and showing the whole world of the consequences that the war has inflicted on the women and children in Goma. Please be strong my dear sister we are with you and we shall continue to pray for you and always be here for you. Stay blessed my dear sister.
