Introducing myself and my journal

About Me:
My names are Anne Okelo originally from Kenya.The main driving force behind joining this online community is to network, meet new friends, learn new skills and meet internal experts. The knowledge that that i will gain will be fundamental for my community work of empowering women both socially and economically.My passion to empower young and vulnerable girls living along Lake Victoria basin is contageous and is my driving force. This can be done by fostering commitment to the young girls and women which will promote pro-social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, and reassert a sense of hope in future. Apart from that, I want to pay forward what was done to me by some well wishers and also teach these young and vulnerable girls to pay it forward. This will finally lead to triple effect.
