My bold idea for 2008!

In 2008, Our organization (First Step Initiative) will embark on a five year plan to reach and provide micro-financing opportunities to at least 11,000 hopeful entrepreneurs (women) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. I know this is an ambitious goal, but one that I truly believe we can achieve if we join forces. Fighting global poverty is certainly a task that none of us can do alone. So, I hope that some of you will join us in this effort to empower women in the Congo.
