I am excited to welcome you here! My name is Olanike Olugboji (Greengirl). I am the Executive Director/Program Coordinator of Women Initiative for Sustainable Environment (WISE). It may interest you to know that "being green is what makes me me!"

I am passionate and committed to enhancing women's interest, knowledge, representation, participation and leadership in development, particulary in the natural resource sector . Accordingly, I find it essential to continue using such an amazing and empowering social media platform like World Pulse to continue advancing my cause and also lending support to what others are doing to better our world.

Little wonder that I am thrilled about the launch of the Leadership Group! So many offerings centered around transformative leadership are in the offing and I am set to explore these opportunities alongside many other change makers and leaders from around the world. You inclusive!!!

It's a whole new journey of discovering our individual and collective leadership potentials and making the most of what is unraveled. Being a woman change leader, experience has taught me that no one will hand us (women and girls) leadership; we have to either earn or take it.

I am glad to share with you that I'm already walking on that path. As such, I see my role as a community champion as an opportunity to inspire and draw inspiration from other change makers/leaders like you; in ways that will be benefial to our online, local, and global communities.

It makes a world of difference when we prepare and or postion ourselves to be and also lead the change that we seek. We can synergise by having powerful conversations that will uncover our hidden leadership potentials and launch ourselves as global citizens and leaders.
