CAUSES DES DIVORCES

Nous savons que le mariage , au sens propre , est un contrat consensuel , publique et officielle menée devant un fonctionnaire de l'Etat , qui établit une union entre l'homme et la femme qu'ils ne peuvent pas sortir comme ils le souhaitent .
En termes de Code de la famille , le mariage est défini comme un acte civil officiel par lequel un homme et une femme , dont aucun ne participe à un mariage enregistré précédente , d'établir une union légale et durable entre eux , dans des conditions de formation du mariage , les résultats et la dissolution sont déterminés par la loi ( article 330 du code de la famille ) .

D'un point de formation de mariage de vue, l'objectif essentiel d'un mariage est de créer une union entre un homme et une femme qui ont entrepris ou entreprennent de vivre ensemble jusqu'à ce que l'un d'eux meurt, de partager un destin commun et de perpétuer leur espèce ( art . 349).
Si ces deux conjoints vivent ensemble pendant une période, l’un trouve une faiblesse à l’autre sans le supporter ou un caractère qui est indésirable pour la continuité et l'environnement n'est pas bonne. - Ne savoir pas cousiner
- N’avoir pas l’esprit créatif
- Etre hautain
- La famille
- Non éducation des enfants
- Le tribu
- L’infidélité
- L’orgueil
- L’hypocrisie
- Mensonge
- Querelle
Dans tout ceci les enfants sont les victimes pour le manque d’éducation, la délinquance. Que les parents soient optimistes avant de déclarer le divorce pour l’avenir de demain de leurs progénitures et l'impact de ce divorce. Or, l’éducation rater des enfants, l'insécurité de vie sociaux des enfants; c’est une guerre qui ne trouvera jamais une solution. Causes of divorce
