Introducing myself and my journal: Public Policies for Women Development



About Me:
I am working as a Directing Staff in the National Institute of Management Quetta , this organization works under the umbrella of National School of Public Policy, Lahore. It is a training Institute engage in capacity building of the civil servants of public service for their further promotion from B-18 to B-19. Prior to it , I was teaching to thew graduate classes and post graduate classes while I started my career as a primary school teacher. I am M.Phil and working on my Ph.D thesis and have taken many training . I have assessed that the public policies are mostly focused towards male while women are neglected at the policy formulation level. My endeavors are to mold public policies towards female gender as well.

To do some thing sustainable for women.
