Introducing myself and my journal: Spiral Explorations

About Me:
I;m looking out my window now and seeing white branches of my birch trees against the blue sky of fall here in Minnesota, USA. I am fortunate enough to have a safe and beautiful place to live--even though I'm not happy with the results of the recent elections here. I am an elder woman who has always had a desire to help women better their life situations and become more fully themselves. I do this through teaching, offering workshops, belonging to women's circles and coaching women about their family and work lives and their spiritual journeys.
I went back to school and graduated with a Doctor of Ministry degree in spiritual traditions and love teaching/facilitating about the Archetypal Feminine.

My Passions:
Reading, music, being in circle with women.

My Challenges:

My Vision for the Future:
Joy and equanimity and compassion.
