NOTRE STAGE AU ENTRE MEDIATIQUE MAMAN SHUJAA DE BUKAVU

Nous avons effectué notre stage au centre Maman shujaa pour lier la théorie à la pratique dans le cadre professionnel. Nous avons eu l’occasion d’enquêter et de sensibiliser la population dans certaines communes de BUKAVU et de leur montrer l’importance de la technologie de l’informatique au centre maman shujaa. Mais la plus part des mamans ne savent pas l’informatique ; c’est ainsi que nous avons fait tout pour leur expliquer. A travers la sensibilisation que nous avons faite sur terrain il ya un grand nombre de mamans qui se font inscrire.
En effet, notre stage de professionnalisation avait de raison d’être : apprendre aux femmes l’informatique ; sans ignorer que l’informatique est parmi les formations essentielles qui constituent la pierre angulaire dans la vie intellectuelle, et descendre sur terrain pour rencontrer les autres mamans.
DIFFIULTES RENCONTRES
Comme dans toute carrière les difficultés ne manquent pas ; pendant ces trois mois de stage nous avons eu, entant que stagiaire les difficultés suivantes :
1. Le manque des frais de transport pour permettre au stagiaire d’arriver à temps au lieu de stage et pour rendre un travail très efficace ;
2 Le manque de courant électrique dans le centre pour faciliter l’utilisation des machines.
3. Nombre réduit d’auditoires ou bien salle de formation des apprenantes de divers niveaux.
SUGGESTIONS
1. Que le centre maman shujaa fasse tout pour agrandir les auditoires pour donner accès à un grand nombre d’étudiants ;
2. Qu’ils achètent un tableau pour faciliter au formateur qui donne le cours d’Anglais et aux étudiants à bien travailler ;
3. QU’il y ait beau coup de formateurs en informatique dans la salle.
3. Qu’ils disposent de moyens de transports pour les apprenantes aussi.
4. Que le centre maman shujaa cherche comment occuper le stagiare

Our Training Course at the Maman Shujaa Media Centre in Bukavu

Our course at the Maman Shujaa Centre was meant to combine theory and hands-on experience in a professional environment. We had the opportunity to survey the population public and raise awareness in some towns in Bukavu, and to show them the importance of technology and computers available in the Maman Shujaa Centre. But most mamans do not know how to use the computer, which is why we did everything we could to explain it to them. Our efforts to raise awareness on the ground resulted in many mamans signing up to the centre.

In general, our professionalization course was meant to:

-Teach women to use computers, keeping in mind that it is an essential skill and the cornerstone of an intellectual life
-Take to the field to meet other women

Difficulties Encountered

As with every job, we did encounter some difficulties. Throughout the three-month course, as trainees, we ran into the following problems:

1. The lack of transportation to allow the trainee to make it on time to the course, thus leading to better efficiency in our work


2. The lack of electricity in the centre to facilitate the use of the machines


3. Limited number of auditoriums and training rooms for students of various levels

Suggestions

1. That the Maman Shujaa Centre do everything in they can to amplify the auditoriums so as to accommodate a large number of students


2. That a chalkboard be purchased to help both the English teacher and the students to work effectively


3. That there be various trainers with knowledge of computer per class


4. That they supply methods of transportation to the students as well


5. That the Maman Shujaa Centre look for ways to provide subsequent occupation for the trainee
