Introducing myself and my journal: e'Pap a Third World Solution to a Whole World Problem

About Me:
I am a Former British Military man and Civilian Police Officer and have held a deep rooted passion for helping people.
In particular I wish to help reduce deaths across the Globe from malnutrition treatable illnesses H.I.V Aids T.B and Mother and infant sickness.As a young man I was posted to Belize in Central America whilst there I witnessed the devastation of Hurricane Greta,and assisted in clearing up afterwards.I saw at first hand in Belize Mexico Guatemala and latterly Kenya poverty on a scale difficult for me to comprehend.

I have been fortunate enough to travel,and come across a number of people who have dedicated their lives to help others. One such person is Basil Kransdorff who at the onset of the Aids epidemic sweeping Africa in 2000 was urged by his wife Rose,to come up with a cheap affordable highly nutritious food which enabled the immune system to fight off this disease and the opportunist T.B. e'Pap was born,a pre cooked Maize/Soya based Super food.Initially there was much scepticism around e'Paps benefits.But overwhelming evidence from 15 countries in Africa over the last 13 years means up to 2 million portions are now distributed every month.To enable this product to become a Global Food which is universally taken as part of a daily ration, I believe Ladies are the key.Because of the unique prperties of the Formula infants from 6 months of age,Pregnant and Lactating Women are able to benefit and therefore much better placed to understand its importance.Hundreds of thousands of people have had their lives changed and in many cases saved.My hope is that organisations like yours will support us.It is crucial to understand this is not a supplement,it is a COMPLETE FOOD and as such takes the place of things like rice,and bread which fill bellies,but have little nutritional value.Anemia,lack of Vitamin A and Folic Acid are 3 areas which women around the world have in common during Pregnancy.e'Pap has been formulated in such a way to negate the need to have added supplements.It is not a Disaster Intervention food,although it is widely used in that area. In place where growing of crops is impossible due to the nature of the land and droughts e'Pap has been used for nearly 10 years.
