resilience matters

As a child I was surrounded by violence,abuse and unpredictability

As a mother My children became part of this story too Until I chose to heal my wounds and in turn change their story to one of love and hope. I dug to the depths of my pain and then some and came out stronger,more loving,more empathetic,and hopeful for a better life/world.

Through committment,patience,endurance and humour I starting living authentically and followed my heart which was supporting people in the community and advocating on their behalf. I feel very passionate about empowering others and supporting them to make changes in their lives for the better and showing them by sharing of myself

To be vunerable is to understand another here I am choosing kindness, love,patience, and integrity inspite of (happinessis an inside job)
