UPDATES: ASSIGNMENTS, CONFERENCE CALLS, AND OTHER QUESTIONS

Greetings, Dearest Correspondents!

The conference calls this morning and last week were as incredible as they were frustrating! Incredible because of the fearlessness, tenacity and patience you each exhibited. And, if you were able to join the call, the wisdom and astuteness your questions and comments revealed was humbling. They were frustrating because even when some of you were able to get on the call, slow connections like Gertrude's, meant you kept getting bumped off. Or maybe like Halima, you could hear, but not be heard! Never has the phrase, "so close, yet so far away," meant more!

Just writing about our first calls is making me giddy and filled with such pride. We are learning rapidly and overcoming hurdles together. Despite the bumps, we are leveraging technology for empowerment, connection, and change!

Hopefully this post will give you the tools you need to stay on top of the program, or when life gets in the way, catch up. There are two pages I want each Correspondent to bookmark, add as a favorite, or save in some way. They are the profile page to this group and the Voices of Our Future Classroom.

Both the profile page for this group and the landing page for the classroom will provide LINKS to the most important information for successful participation in the program, including:

If you have any questions about the program, please do not hesitate to ask me, Scott or Cristi. We are here for you.

With love,
Jennifer

Thanks

Jenny,

Thanks for the update. However, something is not clear... I was in the first conference call (11th june) and listening device had the same problem with Halima's. I was able to join the conference, could hear but could not be heard talking... option? i could only skype chat. Must i still attend another conference call?

Otherwise, thanks for your tireless efforts on worldpulse.

hugs,

THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!

Dear,

I have decided to work part time because of the hectic nature of my job, always available for conference calls, though not able to hear all during the last conference but before the end of the conference was able to speak with Cristi.

Love You All

Great Jennifer

Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for this updates, I was able to open my skype account through the help of Ayobami but you could not hear the voices of both of us through out the conference, i could only hear a bit of what Cristi was saying and could send some messages in. I could hear the voices of Olutosin and Joannes too. I am looking forward for the calls through our mobiles, sure that will be better.
How is Jonah, hope he is better now, my love to him. I will be able to hear your voice and others when we have the next call.

Love
Busayo
